spacing and alignment problems. please help me

Hello everybody

I uploaded a few items but all of them has been rejected… I dont know really why … But I think I have spacing and alignment promblems in my templates . I read some articles about typography,spacing and alignment issues but I cant understand what are spacing and alignment issues …
Can you please help me by showing 1 screenshot of each ( spacing and alignment ) problem ?
