Please help! My account password is changed by someone, and my e-mail password too, I can’t access email anymore, and hew site passwords like eBay ,
although I steel can access forum…

I’ve been today filed my email recovery form, they blocked my e-mail, but said that I have to wait up to 15days…to gain access

Please give me advise!

I’ve created support ticket, but no one replied so far.

i have the same problem
this morning my account’s email has change and even the author name
i send ticket to support 10 hours ago but no one replied so far
my ticket number is 1316559

This is very bad news I advise all authors to change passwords on Envato account and on mailbox IMMEDIATELY.
