Upload those tracks in sound effects not on music logos. I make that mistake one time. 
I have the same style of short three-four notes track ringtone like. I uploaded them in sound effect - Interface sounds.

it’s a good tip, but I still have doubts because when there is a category problem, the reviewer proposes to re-upload the item in the correct one. In these case, they were all hard rejected… so, they don’t achieve the standard commercial base
