I did and it’s still not working as it should. I’ve checked it on few computers with different internet connection and it’s broken.

do I have to wait for some approval after becoming an author? I just became one yesterday but didn’t get any e-mail saying that I have to wait

you have to get approval your email. so, one thing you must have to if you registered recently. You will get a confirmation email wher you will get link to get approval your email as like:
Could you please click the link below to verify that this is your email address?
