Song I bought doesn't sound anything like sample? Customer service what to do???

Bought a song on Audiojungle that sounds nothing like what the sample showed? I’d love to get the actual song that was on the sample, but if not need to find a way to get a refund, and choose a new song? Anyone know the process? Thanks in advance

First, contact the author via his profile page. Sounds like a simple case of mixed up files.
