Someone help me with WordPress shortcode using bookly and profilpress

Hi, I tried to add appointment list shortcode from “Bookly” Plugin to a Custom HTML at “Profilepress” plugin to display them on the users directories page.

here is the how it appeared in attached image.

How can i avoid these highlighted words and where it came form?
