I bought the thecappa theme from shtheme , when i need to resolve some problems about obsolete woocommerce pages , they indicate my site works well without test anything on backend . the developer is really bad .

They has no support really . No invest any time in resolve issues . I saw the reviews and is the same for many customers , please check .
I not publish yet the site and i am looking some similar to qcode themes with a great support and OTA update themes without loose nothing .
I ask for refund because i cant use a theme without support and or i will loose all my work if some bug appear and need to update myself
Please help me , you can see in my history i bought all original despite you can buy from others sites very cheap

The author send me a message indicating all is ok . Not refund and bye . You need to protect your good customers . I have a qcode theme and is fantastic people . Please help me
