soft rejection

Hello, I received a soft rejection, and this is the case where I could prove that the reviewer is wrong. Do I have the option to somehow leave a comment for him? or we only have one-way communication?

It’s one-way communication, you can’t discuss the details through the item submission but you can create a ticket if you really need to.

Go to edit option/page of the soft rejected item there you will find a Comments option (Message to the Reviewer). You should double check what issue/point the review team mentioned in the soft rejection and update accordingly.

PS: Do not submit the item as it’s ( without any changes just to communicate with the reviewers to prove they are wrong ) They are probably not wrong and you will need to perform the changes they have asked.

In some cases, there may be an issue with the system ( upload ) but I don’t think this is the case.

As @ki-themes suggested - it would be sensible to share a demo and the feedback here first to get a second opinion before challenging the reviewers comments

thanks everyone for the feedback. Of course, I’m not going to prove anything to anyone. Simply if there was an opportunity to contact the reviewer, I would take advantage of it.

Reason:

Please detach your main element from the background so that it can be edited individually. the metal parts of the aerosol are still on the background layer and the cut of the can is not done at the edge.

I will be glad to hear your opinion.

While design is less of my thing - you would need to make everything properly editable and not just the central elements, plus you would want to consider different scenes and layouts etc

Again not my category but still sounds like not enough of it is easily editable

I think it’s pretty clear what they asked you to fix. ( sounds like mockup file )
