Soft Rejection

Hello Everyone,
Some of my designs have been soft rejected but I don’t clearly understand the reason for the soft reject. Please help me.

It’s hard to tell what they’re talking about without context.

Could you please share some images of what your item and preview images look like?

The preview image and the main file are all the same, but I don’t see any problem here.

Create clipping masks for the areas ( marked red - if there’re more, for those, too )

I have done clipping mask for all the images before, but why need to do clipping mask again??
