I think you have your list of issues, go trough each of it carefully and don’t he hasty, take your time make sure you are doing right, they are very strict, I am my fifth reject with this theme https://themes.webdesign-flash.ro/acora/

Your theme really have typography issues. Best opinion is working with the pro designer from envato studio.
