I’ve gotten " Soft Rejection" for my video " “Colourful lighthouse, wind turbine with choppy” I correted it but it has been all rejected. They said " You have recently resubmitted your file either to make changes, or after receiving a Soft Rejection. Unfortunately we are not seeing any updates to the source material that matches the corrections you were attempting to fix." I have removed the the audio track. Maybe, There must something that ı did not understand?
if you used “Edit” section from menu bar - forget it. Envato did not received your new file, even if it was uploaded Ok.
Remove the file and reupload it again and write comments to reviewers.
