My last WordPress theme was soft rejected.

Reviewer’s note:
There are a few inconsistent spacing/padding as well as alignment issues throughout the design. I’d like you to go over it with a fine toothed comb and weed out these basic design issues.
Can anybody please explain it to me more detailed? What’s wrong with spacings, paddings and alignment in my theme?

Other than that the icons in the footer not having consistent coloring and the “.” after the copyright year (you are not supposed to put a dot there) it seems fine.
However you should ask the opinion of professional designer.
Or email them and ask them to elaborate.
It looks fine on computer but when you resize the windows, there’s too much spacing around the page. That could be the issue
