my template is soft-rejected again although I feel I corrected the spacing issees…
Please give me some hints because I feel I’m really stuck with the fixing progress

Buddy, you have to be more careful. I just opened your demo and I see 4 spacing errors in the header only, I don’t even look further. Use the Google ruler, this is a cool application:
For me personally your font size is far too small - its tiny even on a PC screen. I think you are trying to “squeeze” too much in with that left hand side bar and then putting the content to the right. See above comments about spacing too. Not a bad theme - just needs work and improvement.

Also you have to check your full template. I have just mentioned some of issues.
As above, there are a few other problems with distances. For example, in the OUR ROOMS section, 88px is at the top, 83px at the bottom. TESTIMONIALS 88px, and 91px. On the reservation page, the same, 91px at the top and 80px at the bottom. Booking the same. Etc. etc.
Don’t give up yet. I know it’s difficult and frustrating.
