[Soft Rejected]

After Uploaded my Item in code canyon. I get [Soft Rejected] and I solve this issue also i agine upload my file, but about 2 days wait for result. istill now i have not any update.now what can i do??? my category is javaScript please help me thank you

As if you’re seeing the “upload” process on your dashboard, you need to wait.
If you don’t see any item update on your dashboard, check if the item is visible at “Hidden Items” section. If you can see the item there, just click the item then choose “Item Details” to see the new message.

If you don’t see the item on “hidden section” your item is probably hard-rejected.

Check “history”.
There should be a new message. If not, just wait.

My item is hidden and solove my soft reject issue and re upload file but don’t update yet

I’m not sure what to offer as I don’t know the current status of your item upload. Just contact Envato support, they’re well aware of the situation.

If you’ve solved the issue and resubmitted then all you can do is wait or contact envato as @ki-themes suggested
