Soft rejected then hard rejected.

Hey guys,

My recent theme has been rejected after 5 times of soft rejected. Can i resubmit after i made some changes or the theme is not be able to re-submit anymore?

Here is the last soft rejected message. Can anyone give some comment to my theme?
