"Soft Rejected - Tags Update Required"

Hello, I’m stuck in an endless loop and don’t know what to do. I have a soft-rejected song, and I’ve been asked to change the tags to individual words, which I’ve already done four times. However, when I click submit, nothing happens.

In the comment box for the reviewer, I’ve already explained four times that the system doesn’t let me make the change; after submitting the modifications, it reverts to the original state. Instead of receiving help, I keep getting the same message: “Your song is almost ready, we just need you to change something.”

Please, Envato, can someone tell me how to resolve this?

You may need to click save and then send for verification. Well, or delete and re-arrange the publication.

Thanks for your reply, but there is not save button to click, just submit files for review.

That’s the envato messange= “This item is currently hidden, and needs to be reviewed before you can put it on sale. Just use the “Submit files to review” button on the Edit tab” It is not working!!

It’s in the edit description section. There may be some kind of glitch. Maybe this can help.
