I have gotten soft rejected due to reason:

I am very confused about this, should I change the theme title? Has anyone encountered this issue? Any help from community would be appreciated!

Yes, you need to change the title. They’re basically saying that “Awoogatron 5000 Real Estate Theme” is fine, but “Awoogatron 5000 Responsive Modern Clean Stylish Responsive Feature-Rich Stable Minimal Real Estate Theme” is no good.
