My Template Soft Reject With Following Reasons

I didn’t findout the Animation reason is it in mens or on section scroll. I need help guyz…

I think but not sure that your scroll animation when scroll need animation about us, etc but your scroll not animation

On Chrome and Macbook sometimes scrollbar disappears. I do not see overuse but try to do not use any custom scrollbar plugin, there are always some problem with them on different browsers.

try to resolve spacing issue and yes there is some work required on hierarchy, try to set most important sections on top like your portfolio section should be after services, team section should be above contact also try to adjust other sections like that
You can check your overall typography . Looking not good TYPOGRAPHIC HIERARCHY problem . also some text need aliment all text you can set aliment let like your top menu and bottom featured box etc . after got approved buddy
