I have recently uploaded a mobile template named ‘Nirvana’.
But it has been soft rejected. I got the following message from Envato Quality Team reviewer:
Please rename the template. ‘Nirvana’ is a registered trademark.
I want a suggestion here. If I rename the template to ‘Nirvana7’ or ‘Nirvana Classic’, would it prevent me from Trademark issue or I’ll have to come up with completely different name?
