2.= take on look on your template carefully. Make your item text easily readable
3.= make sure your item every section top & bottom spacing same and removed unexpected spacing if there still.
4.= if you can solved number 2 & 5 issue hope will consider your item typeface
Issue 2,4 & 5 are related each others.

thanks for your suggestions, i change image and change font and weight somewere for more readable, and every section i put the same padding, but the answer from control it s :
