Soft reject solve time dead line?

I have got a soft reject on my wordpress theme on 19/9/2016

Do I have to solve all issues in a dead line or I have a long time to solve them?

i dont think so on my first item i had take 4 month to resubmit it

you take 4 months to submit one soft reject or several soft rejects ??

1 soft reject i was not sure to want to resubmit it then i have take time to decide myself then after 4 month i decided to resubmit it with some little change ( very good choice i made )
