Got a soft reject notification email but nothing under “Hidden items” on the dashboard. Does this mean its yet to come?
Make sure you check your Hidden Items tab under the marketplace where you submitted your item to. I mean, if you submit your item to ThemeForest, go to ThemeForest and check the Hidden Items tab under ThemeForest.
I read somewhere that Hidden Items tab doesn’t show soft-rejected items from all marketplaces, just from the marketplace where the Hidden Items is being viewed from. I’m not sure about that, but it’s worth checking it.
If that doesn’t help and you’re 100% sure it’s soft-rejection, I suggest you contact the Help Team.
