The theme is nice it seems, but what they say is not wrong.

Scrolling animations are too much. When you scroll down in web page almost everything has an animation. That’s too much. That’s what the reviewer says. Reduce animations at the bottom part of the theme(s).

Spacing are different in some places. See the spaces between your main banner and the DEMO | text part. And between that demo texts and thumb previews at your main page. It’s different. A theme is nice when it’s aligned similarly between blocks.
