Soft Reject HTML Need Advice

Hi to all!

My HTML Template Soft Rejected. This points are not clear for me:

SPACING AND ALIGNMENT: There are spacing and alignment issues in this item. Please make sure that all elements are aligned properly and spacing is consistent from section to section.

TYPOGRAPHY: The template’s overall typography isn’t yet ready. It needs improvements in the styles it offers and general visual hierarchy.

READABILITY: Parts of your design are either difficult to read or have contrast issues. Please make sure all sections of your design have adequate contrast and all text is easily readable on all devices.

LINE HEIGHT: To improve readability, please adjust the line height of the following text elements. Ideally, line height should be unitless.

I converted PSD mockup from Themeforest to this HTML, that’s why I can’t understand why there are some issues in design.

I’ll be grateful for advice.

SPACING AND ALIGNMENT - block top and bottom spacing is not equal. Spacing plays great role in designing
LINE HEIGHT should be unitless and approximately it should be 1.5.
