Soft Reject - Another author's HTML version converted to Wordpress

Dear Fellows,
I have converted another Author’s HTML version to Wordpress and have submitted it after getting the permission via email from that Author’s but my item is soft rejected and here is the message from the reviewer

1. Ticket number is needed before we can continue with your review!

Can anyone please help me, how I should proceed. Thanks in advance

The author needs to open a ticket with envato giving permission and give you the ID of that ticket
