Soft Disabled By themeforest

Dear All,

I have submitted a item on themeforest and got approval . Within three days i got 5 sale and item has appeared in trending category. But suddenly my item has been soft disabled by themeforest. Also they did not give me any reason. Please some one help me . i dont know why they do this.

Maybe you copy other design or other thing so disabled you account. you can submit ticket support envato.
