SocialKit author disappeared from last 4 years, As we can see customers are asking for support but author is not replying.
We modified this script and added lots of new features. Can we publish this script with another name or similar name?

No, it’s 100% not eligible. It will be copyright issue and by doing this your account can be suspended.
You should submit only your own item regarding your own copyright.
