Social Media Post Sharing buttons- I want to disable G+ button

Hello,

I have the BJorn template, and I would like to choose wich social media button will appear to share my post. Currently it’s showing FB, Tweeter, G+ , and Pinterest and I would like to delete the G+ one.

Where can I do it?
