So, GR is rejecting bundles!

2 business card items are already approved in GR. I uploaded a bundle of those 2 approved items. It took 11 days to review and finally rejected.
Please let me know the problem if possible.

I think at least three items going into bundle

but my 2 items bundle already approved (2 letter head).
anyway, waiting for new item approval now.
