Title is self-explanatory, when I upload it says this (and I have to go in my FTP and manually delete the theme because the whole site crashes when I upload):
Parse Error: syntax error, unexpected (then it shows the Smartic Folder and refers to merlin-config.php on line 224)
Can someone please help me figure out how to get this installed?? Thank you!
I forgot to mention, it crashes once I activate it.
It’s probably memory issue and/or PHP version issue
How can I fix it then?
And how can I get a refund on it if I can’t fix it? I just bought it 1-2 days ago

You may not be able to request a refund due to it’s server issue probably instead of theme issue
@Opal_WP is a Power Elite author and so it is unlikely to be an issue with the themes itself and as @ki-themes mentioned this is typically a server/hosting error.
The first thing you should try is reaching out to the author’s support https://themeforest.net/item/smartic-product-landing-page-woocommerce-theme/29259690/support
It could be a memory issue and you can easily have it resolved from theme author
