After making payment form still web and mobile application is not activated just follow up with the tickets.
If we mark a mail to Envato they said please coordinate with the author and author support team do not respond on time.
Give me a refund of web, mobile application or provide me support.
I just want to smart school web and mobile application on working condition.

Why not to start a refund request directly ? Author is liable to respond if he/she supports item. If still no response then you can post refund request and that’s all I can say.

You understand that installation and setup is not included with purchases right?
How long did you give the author to reply? Assuming you went through their chosen support channel and not only to envato?
