Smart Product 360 Viewer not showing up on Divi

I just bought the Smart Product, 360 Viewer, to show my products in 360 on WooCommerce and when I turn it on with all the images loaded and everything it loads for a second and then disappears. I am using the Divi builder and theme. Maybe that has something to do with it. Do you guys know what I need to do to fix this? It is stopping me from getting the site launched.
