Slider Revolution - Latest Templates Not Installing

I had WPEngine support try everything to trouble shoot this problem and they determined it was a problem with the templates themselves. Every template up through the Barbershop template installs perfectly but the latest ones including Fitness Club, Soccer School, and Music Band templates do not install. They just “spin”.

I’d like to use one of those three templates and am hoping that someone knows of a fix.
