Hi,
I’m restarting a topic about my last puchase themeforest “Masterstudy education”, i’m redevelopping my website using the same theme, having two problems et i’m still in the installing step. Slider revolution plugin won’t work and it says not activated, i don’t get it because i’m only using the theme once.
I’m also having a problem with the stm post type that causes me a bug whnever i install it.
I really don’t know how to solve it !

Hi

Theme Bundled plugins do not have their own licenses. This means they cannot be activated mean registered for updates. So you can safely ignore any plugin activation/registration messages and without activated bundle plugins should work fine with the theme.

All bundled plugins update responsibility is the theme’s author. Just always download the theme latest version to get latest update plugins and update bundled plugin manually.

Thanks for using Slider Revolution. As you have received our plugin via a theme purchase, there are two options:

  1. For setup and integration issues, please contact the theme author directly. If you want to update the plugin, you will have to wait for the theme author to include the latest version in their theme. With the latest plugin .zip file you can then do a manual update.

  2. I only have One Domain name: Slider Revolution module
My purchase code registration has been Deactivated. And I tried to register it and the purchased was locked. A pop screen said: “please contact themepunch support”. As for now, I am unable to contact them.They blocked my purchase and wanted to force me to buy another one.
I also tried to deactivate online. NO luck!
