Just to clarify, are you using the Redwood Theme?
If so, you can try checking the documentation that came with your theme’s download files, or this online knowledgebase from the author (@SoloPine).
If you still can’t figure it out, you can always try asking the author via their support page. I’ve linked it below for you.

No I am not using that theme. I downloaded it because I liked the slider and when I contacted the dev they said that they do not use Slider Revolution. However, with as many options as Slider Revolution appears to have, I am sure someone will be able to help with this simple slide.

I see – no worries then. I’m not particularly experienced with Slider Revolution but maybe someone else can chime in with their expertise.
