You need to understand that we are unable to provide support for purchased items here. We can discuss things, ask general questions, share experiences - this is what discussion board was made for.

Any support can be provided by item authors only - they know their work, so any questions should be addressed to them directly. It’s impossible for random people to answer queries related to problems or concerns with purchased items, or pre-sale questions.
