site title and tagline changing in settings but not in google search page

When we change site title and tagline it shows changed.
But showing old word and line in google search page

How long ago did you change it? It won;t be instant and you may need to clear the cache on the site too

I changed it a 3 days ago.
clear cache from website and browser also.
but it do not changing

Google does not show live results, everything is cached on their end until their “spider” goes back and crawls your website again. This could be anywhere from a few days to 1-2 weeks depending on how well established your site is.

If you have not already, go sign up with Google Webmasters. You can use their URL inspection tool and request a recrawl of your website (but it can still take a few days). More details on that here: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6065812
