I have purchased a flipmart theme (https://themeforest.net/item/flipmart-responsive-ecommerce-wordpress/18096884) and i contacted the theme developer so many times to resolve the issue but since 4 month they are not solving the issue, this is really week support and after few month support time will be expired so who will help to do solve the site issue and now my site is useless. Can you please tell you theme seller to help and do needful soon as we already created ticket on https://ckthemes.ticksy.com/ with TICKET #. The site is completely useless for us now.
