Site down - can't update Impression theme

I am more than a little angry. My site is not working because I can’t update theme, php version , or plugins.

I am using Impression for a client site (lynnlevinephotography,com). Site not working and I figured it’s time to update plug-ins … BUT first, I was told to update PHP. I had been using 5.X. I tried every version of 7.X and got the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘new’ (T_NEW) in /home/lynnlev2/public_html/wp-content/themes/expression/envato-wordpress-toolkit-library/class-envato-wordpress-theme-upgrader.php on line 39
