Basically looking something with basic Jokes/Quotes CMS where users can submit in their jokes, without adding titles, just body and username
Jokes / quotes could receive + or - and rank higher which will display in “Popular this week” section, also suggested sections would be “New this week”, Popular This week", “popular all time”
