Hello everyone, I have a question regarding font items on Envato Elements. I noticed that there are several items that look quite similar, uploaded by the same account. Is submitting items that are nearly identical allowed?
Hi @creatifontstudios. It’s possible that some items are approved when they shouldn’t be - reviewers generally can’t check a new submission against all the other items from that user, though I have seen some items rejected for that reason.
If it looks like some duplicate items are getting through review, please open an Author Support ticket with links to the items in question. That team will be able to follow up with the reviewers, to check that the items do conform to our review guidelines.
