It is similar, but there are plenty of flyers that are similar. Inevitable when there are thousands of flyers. This one does look inspired by yours though, seems unlikely to be a coincidence. Personally I doubt it’s worth a DMCA, if that’s what you’re wondering.

I’ve already submitted a DMCA. I think it is too similar, and uploaded just a few days after mine. Same colors, same objects and even same tags (haha)
There’s a fine line between being inspired by other authors and just plain copying their designs, I guess this one crossed that line.
But nonetheless item is no longer available 
So I guess your idea has been stolen
