if you are talking about WordPress then you can check in 3 places:
- pages edit the page
- Appearance=>Widgets
- if yu are using a form then you can check in the form

ja, da gibt es das widgets KONTAKT und da erscheint ADDRESS, anstelle Adresse.
alles andere ist in deutsch, wie z.b. telefon ect.
then just edit that as you need in widget.
kontakt ist ja in den widgets vorgeben, das kann ich nicht ändern, oder doch?

where you inserted the address? can you show me the widget area you have added full address
this are showing using theme option. So you can’t change the Widget content title (Title/heading as like Address) through dashboard edit features. you have to edit the theme code. so, I would like to suggest you get the support from your purchased Theme Author.
