Should I upload both Wave & MP3(without watermark)?

I am new. So please let me know, should I upload both Wave & MP3(without watermark) in the zip folder or just the Wave file?
& watermark the MP3 after limiter or before limiter?

Hello! In the folder zip(Wav and Mp3) you load tracks without a watermark and separately load preview the file with a watermark in mp3.

I understand, I need a separate watermarked MP3 preview file. But should I also include a non-watermarked MP3 file in the zip folder?

No, separately from the zip folder. You upload 2 files (zip and preview (separately))

You don’t have to. But you should. Many buyers use the mp3 version for convenience or to perfectly match the preview they worked with.
