I own a blog named Electric Smoker Reviews now i am planning to add football posts and articles. Should i publish on the same website with a new page/category?

You can publish football posts and articles under new category or old category on the same website.
But if you have plan to go with new website then you also can do that. But incase of new website if you want to use the same theme and have purchased from themeforest then for new website you have to purchase a new license for using in your new website.
