Should I approve the refund?

Client has purchased a WordPress theme from themeforest and now can’t use it because he needs premium plan to use the theme on WordPress.com

I am not sure what to do.

You can suggest them either to upgrade the package or get a hosting elsewhere first.

If the item has been downloaded, you may consider to accept the offer but if it’s already downloaded, if it was me, I wouldn’t accept.
