Setting up Art WordPress Theme

Hi, I’m an old blogger, used to blogger, and new to wordpress.

My new site Art WordPress Theme uploaded to Wordpress fine, but I have some problems …

  1. I cannot get the image on the home page central and to touch the top and bottom of the screen as in the displayed web site for Art.

  2. and more concerning I cannot get my menu items to connect to the ‘hamburger’ - it is a blank page.

  3. I cant get posts to appear in the menu either… any advice gratefully accepted … http://stitchtongue.com/

Regarding the nav - have you created a menu with the relevant links/pages/posts and assigned that as the main navigation?

Hi

  1. you can import demo then edit the content as you required and I think it will be easy for you
  2. For menu you have to assign menu going through Appearance => Menus
  3. you can check theme documentation

For any technical query about theme functionality the best choice will be contact theme Author and let them know How to Contact your purchased theme Author, theme author will be happy to answer your query.

Thankyou very much for your reply- Yes that is what I would like to do. But when i look through my downloaded files I cannot see any marked ‘demo’ could it have another name? Also I cannot find a way to ask a question on my author page which is Seatheme specifically A.R.T theme. I have registered but there is no box for asking questions. Any help greatly appreciated. (Im a newbe)

Please check ‘How to Contact your purchased theme Author’ link from above tab and use comments to post your query so that theme auhtor can assist you.
