Setiva Template-CSS Style Sheet Error on Installation

I downloaded the zip file to my desktop-followed the instructions on the read me file and help forums and am still getting the CSS Error. The files in my Zip folder are:
Setiva Response Blogger Template

  • Java Scripts
  • Theme documentations
  • Theme versions
  • Setiva Response blogger template (when downloaded on its own produces another error message).

Can someone please help?

You are not trying to install it to WordPress are you?

It’s a blogger template so will never work there.

Ok that maybe a problem…I explicitly looked for WordPress themes and this was listed there. Do you know the process of getting a refund?
