No, I’m a volunteer moderator, not Envato staff and my replies here are not official Envato answers, but my real opinions. 
Being a moderator though I do try to stay abreast of and understand these licensing issues. They come up again and again… And if there is an issue we need clarifying, I have a Batman-like hotline to the staff at Envato HQ!
