Selling Photoshop .8bf filters on Envato?

Hi,

I have question related to selling Photoshop filters. I see people here are selling add-ons or extensions made with JavaScript but mine are made with C++ and compiled into .8bf filters which you already know I guess. So, am I allowed by Envato to sell Photoshop filters?

No, only Photoshop is needed as a host to use the filters.
